TREKKING

Come for a trek in Poldark country, we are open all year round no matter what the weather.

Caradon Hill Trekking is based right on the edge of Bodmin moor, we can cater for all types of riders and have many different routes to take. 

Our one hour trek takes you down in to all the old mine works, this trek is ideal for the novice rider, new riders, holiday makers, families or a group ride.

Our two hour treks take you over to Minions, there are lots of sites to see including the Cheeswring, the Hurlers and the Pony Pool where you can take your horses and ponies for a little splash around. 

All our treks are designed for all types of rider so you don't need to know what your doing to enjoy this beautiful countryside.

We offer Private treks where it is a one to one ride, Private group treks which is two or more people but just your party riding or Group treks where anyone can be added into your group. 

​

Maximum group size is 8 riders per trek.

When arriving for a trek please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. All treks must be paid in FULL at time of booking.

Dress for Riding.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and horse riding. 

e.g. Long trousers or leggings, trainers or boots/shoe with a small heel.

Helmets will be provided, body protectors available if required.

 

You are welcome to use your own equipment if you wish but it must be checked by our staff for safety.
